A few years ago, we decided to change banks, and we are so happy we chose JPMorgan Chase & Co.. From day one, our representative Bryan Ly checked up on us regularly to make sure our banking needs were met. But during the pandemic, he went above and beyond when he offered to drop off some TP at one of our homes! Then he got promoted and we thought, “here we go…” This is residual trauma from our previous bank, where their turnover was insane. He told us we’d be in good hands with Christie Carsner, and he couldn’t have been more correct. She is just as caring and thoughtful as Bryan, which is high praise.
Earlier this week we attended one of their amazing events. It was another example of how they show they care about small businesses and help them succeed.
