Why UX research makes us feel good:
It’s a privilege to work with companies that hire us to listen to their employees and customers. It means that they value what these people have to say and want to act on it. If we did nothing else besides listen and summarize this input, it would have huge value for companies. Of course we bring our outside perspective and expertise to the mix. But there is a ton of knowledge and insight already there. It’s also fulfilling for people to be heard and prioritized like that.
